Pets

You can travel with your pet but you should indicate it when booking your ticket. If you use the company site for your reservation, please contact the reservation department to register your pet. The company accepts only cats and dogs.

Pets in the cabin

The carriage of pets in the cabin of the aircraft is permitted only in a special box. If you wish to transfer both types together in one box, they should be familiar with each other. The dimensions of the box should not exceed 55cm. Length x 40cm. height x20cm width. The maximum allowable weight of the pet with the crate should not exceed 8 pounds, while a necessary condition for its transfer is the demonstration of the health booklet at the check-in counters. Pets traveling internationally should have a passport and fitted with an ID microchip.

Pets in the cargo compartment

If the pets' weight is over than 8 pounds then the carriage is made only in the cargo compartment of the aircraft following the similar procedure of the booking, placed in cages that the passengers must have supplied themselves. The maximum allowable weight of the pet with the crate should not exceed 32 pounds. Trained guide dogs (accompanying passengers with impaired vision and hearing) are not incur any charge, but they must be indicated when booking the tickets.
