As a cabin crew member you play an important
role in making sure that passengers have a safe and pleasant flight and that all
standards set by Bluebird Airways and the HCAA (Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority)
are applied and maintained at all times.
Safety First: You are responsible for passenger safety and are
trained to deal with security and emergency situations when these arise, as well
as early recognition & prevention of an unwanted situation.

+Minimum Requirements
Minimum age: The minimum age for Cabin Crew is 18 years (EU-OPS
1.995).
Height/Weight: Minimum of 1.60cm, maximum 1.90cm with weight in
proportion to height.
Appearance: Well-groomed appearance, no visible tattoos and impeccable
manners.
Passport: Applicants will either need to be in possession of a
full, valid EU passport with no restrictions or for non-EU passport holders, a valid
work permit/visa that allows entry to all Bluebird Airways destinations.
Health: A good level of health is essential to cope with the demands
of flying. All applicants must be able to successfully pass medical examination
or assessment at regular intervals as required by the Authority so as to check the
medical fitness to discharge his/her duties.
Swimming: Candidates must be confident in water and be able to
swim at least 50 meters unaided.
Education: You must have a High school certificate and a certificate
of the English language.
Work experience: Depending on Company’s needs, applicants may or
may not need any previous experience in the aviation industry. In any case, candidates
who have trained in tourism or hospitality are often at an advantage when applying
to become a Cabin Crew Member.
Residential requirements: Successful applicants must live within
60 minutes travelling time to their home base airport.
