Meaning of ''baggage'' is the briefcase, backpack or container, which includes personal belongings of the traveler during his journey.
If you wish to carry fragile items, during the baggage check you will be asked to sign a document (Limited Release Form), stating that the transfer of the item is with your own responsibility.
Meaning of ''hand-luggage'' is a handbag and a small suitcase sized, personal computer (laptop).
